In the event of an accidental death no punishment is given. If it was intentional death shall be the punishment.
2. Theft
(Consider: What happens if someone steals something from another person? Does the size/value of what was taken matter?)
If the person can own up to it and return it before any harm is done there will be no punishment for the first time,
3. Property Rights and Damage
(Consider: What happens if someone damages someone elses property or tries to encroach on someone's property? Does the size/value of the property matter?)
If someone is to damage someone elses property intentionally they must repair or repay until back to normal. If it was accidentally then you must repay or rebuild half.
4. Neighborly Disputes
(Consider: What scenarios could happen where neighbors get into fights with each other? What laws would be necessary to deal with these types of situations?)
A mediating group of jurors will be appointed and the dispute will be settled in a orderly fair fashion.
